- 1 1/2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 1/2 oz St. Germain
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes Scrappy's Lavender Bitters
Muddle blueberries and simple syrup, add remaining ingredients. Shake and double strain into an iced Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with blueberries and lemon twist.
