Official Cocktail

  • 2 oz Tawny Port
  • 2 oz Dark Plantation Rum
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz vanilla infused simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz allspice dram
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 dash Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
  • 1 dropper bourbon aromatic bitters
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
