Vodka, lemon juice & cardamom bitters in in a shaker. Shake it real funky, shake it real low. Start w/ Boozy simple syrup* in an old fashioned glass top with crushed ice, layer shaken ingredients on top (pour over spoon). Garnish with blackberries, lemon and prison reform. Optional top with club soda. In a saucepan dissolve sugar in water, add brandy and blackberries (crush the berries) and simmer for 10 min. Strain and chill, while it cools.
