A duo of rums make the base for this island ready cocktail, one with pineapple and the other bringing the pot still funk. Ginger, lime, and banana add in all the necessary elements for some classic liquid escapism.
- 1 oz Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
- 0.75 Jamaican Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 bar spoon Banane du Brésil
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Lime Bitters
