Scrappy’s Bitters was founded by Seattle bartender Miles Thomas in pursuit of crafting the best bitters on the market. His journey began with extensive research into herbs and extraction methods, where he learned to blend and intensify flavors, realizing that different extraction techniques from the same ingredient could produce distinct tastes. After years of experimentation, Scrappy’s Bitters launched in 2008, and since then, a small, passionate team has been handcrafting premium bitters in Seattle, WA.
