A refreshing cocktail to cool off in the summer. If the melon ice cubes aren't refreshing enough, the light cucumber mint shrub will surely do the trick.

Official Cocktail
- 2 oz Novo Fogo Bar Strength
- 0.75 oz Cucumber Mint Shrub
- ⅛ oz lime acid
- 4 dashes Scrappy's Lime Bitters
- 3 oz soda water
- Melon ice cubes (blend a ripe melon into a puree. Pour into an ice mold and freeze until solid)
- dehydrated lime wheel
