Glowing Mushrooms

Reishi, rooibos, and sweet orange tea infused vodka bring all the floral and fruity elements while the smokey mezcal brings this drink right back down to earth. The result is a decidedly complex cocktail reminiscent of an earthy lemon tea.

• 1.5 oz Infused St. George Vodka ( Rooibos, Reishi, Orange Tea )
• 0.5 oz Banhez Joven Espadín Mezcal
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 5 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
• 0.5 oz Turbinado Syrup
• 1 Egg White
