Official Cocktail

Earl Grey tea with a decidedly British twist. Lemon and egg white provide a pillowy smooth texture while you experience a fresh lavender breeze to finish.

  • 2 oz Earl Grey infused Gin
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon
  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
  • 1 oz Egg White
  • 3 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
  • Garnish with Lemon Peel and Brandied Cherries
