Official Cocktail
Earl Grey tea with a decidedly British twist. Lemon and egg white provide a pillowy smooth texture while you experience a fresh lavender breeze to finish.
- 2 oz Earl Grey infused Gin
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
- 1 oz Egg White
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
- Garnish with Lemon Peel and Brandied Cherries
