This flavorful riff on a Hot Toddy will warm you up in no time. The combination of the Gin and Fernet in the base means this warm serve will be bursting with aromatics. There's enough maple syrup to round out the edges and add just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bright and the bitter. Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters bring a lovely top note and finish the job.

  • 1.5 oz Beehive Jack Rabbit Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Fernet Branca
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
  • 6 oz Turkish Apple Black Tea
  • Garnish with Lemon Peel
