Winter fruit soars in this gorgeous tequila based cocktail. A touch of vanilla from the Licor 43 is balanced by the allspice syrup and Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters. Tastes just as good as it looks.
- 1.5 oz Siempre Añejo Tequila
- 1 muddled Persimmon
- 0.5 oz Licor 43
- 0.5 oz Purely Chai Spice Pear
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Allspice Syrup
- 1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
- Garnish with Persimmon Leaves
