Summer Sour

There are a thousand versions of the Bourbon Sour and I have yet to meet one I didn't enjoy. This summer rendition of an American classic hits the spot with a touch of Orange Curaçao and a touch of Absinthe giving it just enough character to keep it locked in your memory, just like a perfectly warm summer night.

• 1.5 oz High Proof Bourbon
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc
• 0.75 oz Orange Curaçao
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
• 1 Dash Absinthe
• Garnish with Mint Sprig
