Spirit forward cocktail with serious finesse. Aged gin and cognac partner up with apricot liqueur and a touch of sherry to entertain the senses. Lavender bitters bring a beautiful floral component to the arrangement and keep the finish interesting.
- 1.5 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat aged gin
- 0.5 oz Maison Rouge VSOP Cognac
- 0.25 Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
- 0.75 teaspoon honey syrup
- 3 drops Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
